pakslots Platform Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pakslots platform — including the website at pakslots.bet, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and services made available therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pakslots platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of your registration and continue to apply for the entire duration of your account relationship with pakslots. pakslots reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the pakslots platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pakslots operates KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for Pakistani players, proof of address, and payment method verification — at the time of registration, prior to any withdrawal, or at any point during your account relationship with pakslots at our sole discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pakslots may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities, account review, or account closure with funds held pending verification. pakslots is committed to completing KYC reviews promptly and will not unreasonably delay the process.

3 Account Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the pakslots platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or in any other configuration that creates duplicate accounts — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pakslots account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your pakslots account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number where offered.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. pakslots reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after the initial inactivity period has elapsed. The applicable fee amount will be communicated in advance. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Prior to any such closure, pakslots will make reasonable attempts to contact you via the email address on record.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

pakslots processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are handled through the payment methods available on the platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK/QR, debit cards, and Cash OTC options.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of payment and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pakslots account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• pakslots does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• pakslots reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method belonging to the account holder.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your gaming balance and wagers have been placed.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may differ by payment method.
• pakslots aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed significantly faster than this timeframe.
• pakslots reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the relevant wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pakslots offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Pakistani-resident players using PKR accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when calculating wagering contributions.
• pakslots reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited to eligible accounts will remain valid for the period specified at the time of the original offer.
• Participation in promotions while using VPN software, proxy servers, or other means of obscuring your true location or identity will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Multiple accounts used to take advantage of the same promotion will be considered bonus abuse. All accounts involved will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the pakslots platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sports betting market, or live casino product. These product-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket, PSL matches, international football, UFC, tennis, and all other sports markets are settled in accordance with the rules specific to each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or incomplete play, bets will be settled according to the published rules for that market. pakslots reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular market activity, or where settlement would be based on inaccurate information.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakslots platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other programme designed to interact with the platform without direct human input.

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source through the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakslots platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any pakslots content outside of normal platform use.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakslots, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, technology providers, and game studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pakslots platform.

In particular, pakslots expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

pakslots's total aggregate liability to you under any and all circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension and Termination

pakslots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, for any of the following reasons:

Upon account termination for cause, pakslots reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 13 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pakslots account — including game outcomes, payment issues, bonus settlements, or account decisions — you should follow the process below:

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the pakslots platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably waive any objection to proceedings being brought in those courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pakslots reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to account rules, bonus terms, or player rights — pakslots will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on their account before the revised Terms take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the date of the most recent revision clearly displayed. Your continued use of the pakslots platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
